Each sticker has a matching spot inside the album. Open the packs, find the sticker number, and place it in the correct space to start filling your collection.

No. The full album requires 980 stickers to complete, while one 50 pack box includes 350 stickers.

Since each sticker pack is random, one box will help you build a strong start to your collection, but it will not complete the full album. You may also receive duplicate stickers, so most collectors buy additional packs, trade duplicates, or look for missing stickers to finish their album.

Yes. Our sticker boxes are sold factory sealed.

Yes. We source authentic collectible products and sell them in their original packaging. Collectors Kickoff is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, Panini, or their affiliated brands.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what to expect:

Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times:

🇺🇸 USA: 8 to 12 business days
🇬🇧 UK: 6 to 10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 6 to 12 business days. Regional and remote areas within Australia may require an additional 5 to 15 business days.
🇨🇦 Canada: 8 to 12 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 6 to 10 business days
🌍 Rest of the world: 7 to 18 business days

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped.

We want every customer to receive their order in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com so we can assist you further.

Returns

Due to the collectible nature of this product, we can only accept returns if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

Opened sticker packs, opened boxes, used albums, or products with removed packaging cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will help make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement shipment
A refund
Store credit

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your household, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@collectorskickoff.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging included. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
